Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

Northern Belle gift vouchers, e-Gift Cards and Plastic Gift Cards (collectively “Gift Cards”) are:
Issued by Northern Belle Limited, Travel Centre, 2 Chapel Court, Hospital Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5RP; and are issued subject to these Gift Card terms and conditions ("Ts & Cs"). Northern Belle reserves the right to change these T’s and C’s from time to time in its absolute discretion by posting amendments on its website.

2. Redemption

Northern Belle Gift Cards can be redeemed against any trip promoted by Northern Belle Limited on their website (https://northernbelle.co.uk). The Northern Belle Gift Card can also be used to fully or part pay for any Northern Belle boutique gifts or on-board sales as long as they are pre-booked before travel.

Please ensure that you take your Gift Card with you when you travel. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that Gift Card holders mention or present the Gift Card at the time of booking.

With the exception of delivery fees for plastic Gift Cards purchased online, no service or use fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Gift Cards in connection with the sale of Gift Cards.

The Gift Card is a prepaid card, not a credit card or debit card; it becomes inactive upon use of all the card value. The expiration date for the Gift Card is stated on the Gift Card. The amount available for redemption on each Gift Card, shall, in the absence of manifest error, be determined by Northern Belle.

Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment.

Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash unless required by applicable local law and have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these terms. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of the Gift Card is the recipient’s responsibility.

3. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Northern Belle Ltd is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed. If your card is lost or stolen, please alert us immediately at [email protected] or by phone at 01270 907 010 from 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM, Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to freeze the existing balance of the Northern Belle Gift Card and can arrange the issue of a replacement card to you for that amount. We reserve the right to cancel a Northern Belle Gift Card if we believe that the card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. Northern Belle Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or the security of any information contained on them.

4. Your Data

By purchasing your Gift Card or e-Gift Card on northernbelle.co.uk/giftcards, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information to Northern Belle for the purpose of the issue and redemption of your Gift Card or e-Gift Card. Should you expressly opt in to receive marketing communications, you will receive marketing communications from Northern Belle Ltd until such time as you opt out.

5. Limitation of Liability

Northern Belle Ltd make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card.

6. On-board credit vouchers:

On-board credit vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be used to purchase (or part pay for) drinks, or boutique items during the trip they have been allocated for. These vouchers cannot be transferred to another trip.
