The Northern Belle is a privately operated luxury train inspired by the golden age of rail travel. It journeys through some of Britain's most beautiful landscapes, calling at historic cities, scenic countryside and celebrated destinations — with every detail designed to create an occasion worth remembering.
Named after one of the original Pullman Belle trains of the 1930s, the Northern Belle has been lovingly restored to reflect the craftsmanship and elegance of that era. Each of the seven carriages bears the name of a great British castle or stately home, and each has been individually designed by leading craftspeople — from marquetry experts and mosaic artists to hand-painted muralists.
