Recently, our Instagram account @northernbelletrain faced unexpected challenges due to a security breach. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were unable to recover it. However, we’re not letting this hold us back!

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new Instagram account, where we’ll continue to share our latest updates, products, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into the heart of Northern Belle.

Our new official handle is @northernbelleuk

Help Report and Take Down the Old Account!

Despite efforts with Meta and law enforcement, we couldn’t regain control. We launched a new account, @northernbelleuk, but the unauthorised @northernbelletrain remains active, potentially deceiving followers.

You can help by reporting the @northernbelletrain account:

  1. Visit the @northernbelletrain account page.

  2. Select ‘Report’ > ‘Something about this account’ > ‘They are pretending to be someone else’ > ‘A business or organisation’.

  3. Enter our new handle, @northernbelleuk.
